Terms & Conditions – Jhalana Leopard Reserve Safari Booking

Please read all the guidelines carefully before booking your safari.

Welcome to Wild Trails India

By accessing or using our website WildTrailsIndia.com and booking safari services for Jhalana Leopard Reserve, you agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions described below. The terms “you”, “your”, “visitor”, or “guest” refer to the user of our website and services. The term “we”, “our”, or “Wild Trails India” refers to our eco-tourism agency registered in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all safari bookings made through our website.


1. Safari Booking & Payment Policy

  • All safari bookings must be paid 100% in advance to confirm the reservation.
  • Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged with another person.
  • No cancellation, refund, or rescheduling is permitted once the booking is confirmed.
  • If park authorities revise entry fees or occupancy is incomplete, guests must pay the difference at the entry gate.
  • The ID proof used during booking must be carried in original on the day of the safari.

2. Safari Operations & Park Regulations

  • Safari operations, routes, timings, and rules are fully managed by the Forest Department.
  • Park timings may change without notice due to weather, regulations, or government guidelines.
  • The forest department may close the park anytime. Refunds are not guaranteed.
  • Vehicle allocation (Gypsy / E-Vehicle) is determined by the forest department.

3. Our Role & Service Limitations

  • Wild Trails India is not a representative of the Rajasthan Forest Department.
  • We act as an independent eco-tourism service provider for safari booking assistance.
  • We charge a service/convenience fee over the government safari ticket cost.
  • Convenience fee ranges between ₹1500 – ₹10,000 per Jeep/E-Vehicle depending on demand & availability.
  • Once booked, no price-related objections, queries, or negotiations will be entertained.

4. Safari Zones & Additional Charges

  • Standard bookings include Zone 1 and Zone 2 only.
  • Shikhar Hodi Zone requires an additional ₹1500 charge.

5. On-Safari Responsibility

Once the safari begins, Wild Trails India is not responsible for issues like:

  • Vehicle breakdown (e.g., flat tire)
  • Guide or driver behaviour
  • Shortened safari duration due to park regulations
  • Wildlife sightings (not guaranteed)

All such matters fall under forest department & safari crew jurisdiction.


6. Direct On-Spot Booking Option

  • Visitors may book safari permits directly at the forest department ticket counter.
  • We do not control on-spot availability, zones, slots, or pricing.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a reservation through our website or team, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions listed on this page. All bookings are final, and no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
